Terms & Conditions of Carriage
Effective Date: July 8, 2025
Carrier: Arrow Travel and Transit (“we”, “our”, “us”)
Service: Private Tours, Airport Transfers, and Charter Services in British Columbia
1. Agreeing to Our Terms
When you purchase a ticket, book a private tour or airport transfer, or board our vehicle, you (“Passenger”) accept these Terms & Conditions. You also agree to follow all British Columbia laws and regulations during your travel with us.
2. Passenger Behavior
We expect you to respect public order and ensure the driver can operate the vehicle safely.
Our drivers may refuse boarding or ask you to leave if you:
Appear intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.
Act aggressively, abusively, or threaten safety.
Engage in illegal activities or violate these Terms.
Prohibited: Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs inside our vehicles.
3. Safety Rules
Fasten your seat belt when available.
Secure children in appropriate child restraints or booster seats, as required by British Columbia’s Motor Vehicle Act. Parents or guardians must ensure compliance before travel.
We may refuse large or hazardous items that cannot be safely stored or endanger others.
4. Schedules and Delays
We strive to follow our schedules for private tours and airport transfers in British Columbia. However, delays may happen due to:
- Traffic congestion.
 - Road accidents or closures.
 - Construction or maintenance.
 - Adverse weather.
 - Other unavoidable events (force majeure).
 - We are not responsible for delays, missed connections, or related losses.
 
5. Tickets, Fares, and Refunds
Pay your fare in full before travel, unless we agree otherwise.
Use your ticket only for the specified date, time, and route.
Contact us for refunds or rebooking, subject to our refund policy.
6. Luggage and Personal Items
Bring luggage within our specified limits (check our policy).
Keep your belongings attended; we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Do not bring dangerous goods, prohibited items, or illegal substances.
7. Our Responsibility
We ensure safe transportation for you and your luggage, as required by British Columbia law. Our liability is limited to the ticket price, unless the law states otherwise. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
The laws of British Columbia and Canada govern these Terms & Conditions.
